SQM by LICO CCT features a scratch-resistant top layer that easily repels dirt and requires little effort to keep clean.
Much like ceramic tiles and natural stone tiles, CCT fire resistance is superior when compared to any PVC-based or wood-based flooring products.
SQM by LICO CCT are made with a proprietary blend of PVC, resins and minerals, which yield the highest density and most stable core in the multilayer flooring industry, and resist the harmful effects of UV light.
Through a patented high-temperature melding process, the RCCB core in CCT is simultaneously integrated into a 6-layer, homogenous board, which will never delaminate, cup or curl, making it safe for use with underfloor heating.
Unlike wood flooring, the scratch resistant technology in SQM by LICO CCT make it safe to use commercially available cleaning products.
